DoD, DoT want on the field to protect GPS

Parcari and Deputy Secretary of Defense William J. Lynn III call into question nearly all aspects of the FCCs dealing with LightSquared, a company wanting to construct 40,000 ground-based communication towers that will occupy a radio-band that will create interference as currently designed.
