Sebring Expo confirms 2014 dates

The 10th annual U.S. Sport Aviation Expo — known by most as the Sebring LSA Expo — will take center stage at Florida’s Sebring Regional Airport Jan. 16-19, 2014.

Returning to its original format as an exhibition-only event, the aircraft, avionics, aviation equipment, and flying activities of Expo exhibitors will be the stars of the show, according to exhibitors.

In 2014, indoor exhibits will again be housed in two large tents positioned in the center of the event’s pedestrian traffic pattern and adjacent to the Food Court area.

Expo Director Jana Filip said, “We’re excited to begin preparations in earnest for our 10th annual event. We’ve finalized the event layout with just a few minor changes, and we look forward to working with our exhibitors to confirm their spaces. And we hope to welcome new exhibitors as well.”

The Expo will also offer a variety of educational forums and workshops, and the Seaplane Pilot’s Association will again host a seaplane base on nearby Lake Jackson.

  2. The US Sport Aviation Expo in Sebring is one of my favorite aviation gatherings of the year. It’s compact layout makes it a truly enjoyable jaunt around a historic airfield (located immediately next to a historic car race track) but the diversity of the machinery on display makes the visit well worth the time of anyone who is interested in getting into an LSA as an owner, a renter, a club member, or a passenger. Great people, terrific products, and better than average weather for a winter weekend event. I’m looking forward to the next installment already!
