Flightcom launches new Denali headsets

By Janice Wood · July 24, 2012 ·

OSHKOSH — Flightcom debuted four new general aviation headsets in its Denali line at AirVenture. The new headsets replace the original Denali series and include two active noise reduction (ANR) models.

“Flightcom now offers a total of 12 general aviation headsets – all new this year, including the recently released Venture series – to complement our highly regarded intercom systems,” said Flightcom’s Carl Azar.

All Denali fixed-wing headsets deliver clear stereo communication in a lightweight design that provides a minimum 21dB of passive noise attenuation. All models feature clean carbon-fiber styling and include deeply padded ear seals covered in Flightcom’s ComLeather. The top-of-the line Denali D90ANR features both cell phone and auxiliary audio inputs with automatic muting and an additional 18dB to 20dB ANR for up to 50-hours from two AA batteries. The D50ANR delivers the same ANR quietness without additional inputs. The D30SP model delivers passive noise attenuation for users who do not require ANR, while the D30MPH extends Denali benefits to helicopter pilots and passengers in a light and quiet monaural package.

All Flightcom Denali headsets come standard with a three-year limited warranty and can be ordered immediately through authorized dealers and distributors worldwide or online
