SUN ’n FUN always marks a big time of year for many of us who fly elsewhere throughout the country.
It marks the end of the season where our priorities are making sure the engine heater is plugged in, the snow and ice are chipped away from the hangar door, and weight-and-balance includes the weight of a parka.

VAN NUYS, Calif. — California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA), which offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Administration, is the first to join the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) College Chapter program.
Karen Gebhart, Vice President of Business Development for the Helicopter Association International, was elected for a two-year term as the chair of Women in Aviation International’s (WAI) board of directors at the 2016 International Women in Aviation Conference.
