If you’re in the market for a new headset, Sennheiser Electronic Corp. has two new models to chose from.
The HME 110 features closed headphones with circumaural ear coupling for effective passive attenuation. The noise-compensated microphone suppresses noise, yet speech can be clearly understood. The listening volume can be adjusted directly at the headset.
The other new model, HMEC 450/BP-04, features lightweight, extra-soft leather-look ear pads and a padded headband to ensure comfort even on long flights. The NoiseGard electronics and the specially developed closed ear protector headphones achieve noise compensation of up to 40 dB.
All electronics are integrated into the ear cups. If the NoiseGard supply voltage is switched off, the HMEC 450 works like a conventional passive headset. The headset also features automatic shutoff with the BP-04 battery pack.
Both headsets are backed with a 10-year warranty.
