Paradigm launches ATC simulation product line

By Janice Wood · October 7, 2012 ·

DENVER —  Paradigm Shift Solutions has launched its Air Traffic Control (ATC) simulation product line.

The company exhibited its new ATC products at the University Aviation Association Fall Conference late last month. Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology has signed on as Paradigm’s launch customer and development partner for ATC simulation.

“We have been so impressed with the quality and engineering of our Paradigm CRJ Flight Training Device that when we were looking for ATC simulation, they were a natural choice” said Domenic Proscia, Executive Director of Training for Vaughn College. “Paradigm offers the technical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver ATC simulation that will allow our students to excel in the FAA air traffic controller academy and the real world ATC environment”

Paradigm’s ATC simulation product line incorporates fully integrated tower, TRACON and en-route controller workstations that emulate the most up-to-date ATC technology architected to be NextGen ready.

Paradigm Shift Solutions manufactures FAA approved Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTD) and Air Traffic Control simulators for colleges, universities and flight schools; from compact desktop trainers to FAA Level 5 Regional Jet FTDs.

I am searching high and low for a ATC simulator that would interface with Flight Training Devices in order to provide a truly realistic experience in learning to fly in modern US airspace. At this time, I may only use ATC brand FTD’s, but, there is the possibility that other types would be added to our “fleet”.

I recognize that this is a complex problemand may be outsie of your scope of operations, however, if you can help, GREAT! If not, perhaps you can point me in the right direction. I have Googled over and over and for some reason I am not getting adequate results. Maybe it’s me working long hours on this project (in every area0 or there is no training device/software available. In any case, I ran across your website and thought I would take a chance by asking if you could help.

Please feell free to contact me via e-mail at [email protected]. Include your phone number so I can contact you if I have any further questions.

I appreciate you taking the time to look into this matter for me. If you can help, great! If not, as I said, maybe you can point me in the right direction. If that isn’t feasible, I thank you for atleast taking the time to read this short message.

    Warm Regards,

    Roland M. Tucker
