Weldcraft launches 800 number

By General Aviation News Staff · January 28, 2005 ·

Weldcraft has launched a new customer service line to provide additional support for its TIG welding products.

The new line — 800-752-7620 — offers distributors and customers quick and easy access to factory-direct contacts who are trained to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting tips and other solutions, according to Mike Sammons, business development manager at ITW TIG Welding Systems. Customers can also use the 800 number, which is manned from 7 a.m. EST to 5 p.m. PST, to place orders or check on the status of an existing order.

For more information: 800-752-7620.
