A flood of thanks

By General Aviation News Staff · February 11, 2005 ·

I would like to express some thank you’s to a few individuals who went above and beyond to help fellow tenants and aircraft owners at California’s Corona Airport during the recent flooding.

The first on the list would be George and his crew from By George Aircraft painting, Steve and Mike from Procraft Aviation, Dan the man, and Dave and family from DP Aviation. These are the guys who helped move most of the aircraft from as far as the west end of the airport to Smith Street just east of the airport. These guys just could not say no to anybody. There were many who helped out, which was greatly needed and appreciated, but these guys stayed on the field day and night for three to four days helping others save their airplanes and valuables.
