AeroMag improved oil filtration product

By General Aviation News Staff · February 11, 2005 ·

AeroMag has come up with an oil filter enhancement that installs quickly and can make a 1,000% improvement in removal of steel particles, the company claims. The product is a strong magnet that wraps around any aircraft oil filter, trapping particles that are missed by the filter itself. Approved only for experimental aircraft, the AeroMag can be attached in minutes and “will help any engine reach its full TBO without affecting any instruments in the aircraft,” according to Aircraft Spruce, which sells it. The product, which comes with a lifetime warranty, “will never wear out,” they add.

Price: $97.95. For more information: 877-4-SPRUCE.
