Elliott Aviation receives STC for TCAS II/ACAS and Flight ID in King Airs

By General Aviation News Staff · February 11, 2005 ·

Elliott Aviation offers operators of King Air B200s and 350s, equipped with the latest Collins ProLine 21 glass cockpit, the ability to add Collins TCAS-II/ACAS, offering maximum safety and meeting current European requirements.

The display of traffic along with the display of vertical speed RA commands has been integrated into the existing ProLine 21 LCD displays. Control for the operation of TCAS and Flight ID has been integrated into the existing Collins AMS-3000 and upgraded RTU-4220.

Elliott Aviation’s certified installation allows the flexibility of installing dual Mode S Diversity Transponders with or without Elementary Mode S Surveillance (Flight ID). This STC also includes King Air 200, 300 and 350 series aircraft with older generation avionics equipment.
