Power C.A.T. for your taildragger

By General Aviation News Staff · March 11, 2005 ·

How do you pull your taildragger out of the hangar? If you’re looking for a way to move your pride and joy that doesn’t involve an extension cord or a show of muscle, check with the folks at Old World Craftsman in Caledonia, Minnesota. The company makes a cordless tug powered by a variable-speed cordless drill designed for the tailwheel-equipped airplane. The tailwheel cradle adjusts to most any size tailwheel and has a removable handle. The 18-volt cordless drill kit is included. The tug features dual drive wheels for traction and stability. You need to supply your own tow bar.

Price: $485 plus shipping and handling. For more information: 507-725-8848.
