Avidyne FlightMax Entegra training video released

By General Aviation News Staff · May 6, 2005 ·

Sporty’s latest DVD, “Flying the Avidyne FlightMax Entegra,” demonstrates what it’s like to fly with this glass cockpit technology.

In this DVD, Richard Collins explains the features of this system and how to maximize its capabilities. You will learn the seamless integration of dual Garmin GNS 430 GPS receivers, an S-TEC 55X autopilot and a Skywatch traffic system while at the controls of a new Cirrus SR-22.

Along for this special session is a Cirrus Standardized CFI specializing in Technically Advanced Aircraft, who discusses what it takes to transition to glass cockpits and what challenges to expect.

The DVD, which is about 34 minutes long, costs $24.95.
