Gill redesigns two popular battery models

Gill Batteries recently unveiled redesigned and improved versions of its most popular models, the G-25S and G-35S valve regulated batteries.

The improved models, which are designed for many single- and twin-engine airplane and helicopter applications, are more powerful, providing more than 20% increased capacity and up to 20% better power delivery (Ipp and CCA) than the previous designs, according to company officials.

Each features a solid case and cover with an integrated, foldaway carry handle and terminal connection options of using a brass bolt or the standard stud/thumb nut configuration, which is factory installed (and easily removable) using socket set screws set in an ultra-low porosity terminal, providing the best electrical conductivity.

The improved models will be available through all Gill Batteries distributors beginning midsummer.
