By General Aviation News Staff · August 5, 2005 ·

The New Mexico Pilots Association will hold its annual mountain flying clinic in Roswell, N.M., Sept. 23-25. The clinic includes three hours of ground school taught by an FAA Aviation Safety Counselor experienced in mountain flying and three hours of flying in your plane with an experienced mountain flying CFI.

Cost of flying in your plane is $150. The clinic counts as an FAA WINGS program for earning a WINGS Phase certificate.  It also qualifies as a BFR.

Pilots must register by Aug. 27.
