Change is in the air

By General Aviation News Staff · August 19, 2005 ·

With so much happening in GA these days, we’ve decided that we need more room for up-to-the minute news as well as in-depth features. That’s why we are instituting a new schedule for our columnists.

Don’t look for Ask Paul, Visser’s Voice or the Art Report in this issue. That’s because we had so much to report from AirVenture in Oshkosh that we elected to hold those columns for a future issue.

Look for Ask Paul in our next issue, and in the first issue of every month from now on. Visser’s Voice will run in the second issue of every month. The Art Report will run once every two months, alternating with Classic Bowers, Hangar Flying, a new historical column by Senior Editor Thomas F. Norton, and Out of the Blue, a column about the one-of-a-kind characters who make aviation so interesting.

The crossword puzzle will run just once a month, giving us more room for new product information designed to make flying easier and less expensive for our readers.

The Doctor Is In, our medical column, will run in our twice-yearly special sections on medical issues, while Version 1.0, our technology column, will continue to run every fifth issue.
