Univair acquires F. Atlee Dodge AIrcraft Services

Univair Aircraft Corp. has acquired F. Atlee Dodge Aircraft Services, LLC, in Anchorage, Alaska.

While founder Dodge has retired, the company will retain its name, as well as all employees, according to Univair officials.

Univair is planning for additional growth for F. Atlee Dodge Aircraft Services with a future expansion of facilities.

Univair will continue to maintain Stoddard Aero Services at Merrill Field in Anchorage as its primary parts distributor in Alaska. F. Atlee Dodge Aircraft Services will continue to manufacture parts, perform repairs and conduct business as it has in the past.
