State tax guide available

By General Aviation News Staff · January 6, 2006 ·

The 2005 State Tax Guide for General Aviation is now available.

The majority of the state legislatures are only in session for a few months, which can cause rapid changes in tax laws. Conklin & de Decker tracks all the state aviation tax issues so subscribers to the State Tax Guide are able to download updates as they occur.

The guide contains information on sales and use taxes as they apply to aircraft sales, ownership, leases, parts and labor; common exemption from the state sales and use taxes; registration fees; personal property taxes; and more.

In addition to the database, Conklin & de Decker also offers individualized state tax reports.
