Give me a break

By General Aviation News Staff · January 20, 2006 ·

In reference to the article Cub vs. Cub (Dec. 2 issue), is CubCrafters serious?

How about if the producers of TOP tobacco decide that CubCrafters is infringing on their good name?

Give me a break CubCrafters. The words legend, cub and yellow are all in the dictionary!

This lawsuit has nothing to do with infringement, just good old-fashioned greed! American Legend Aircraft is stepping into CubCrafters’ market, and they don’t like it!

This design has been around for 60-plus years. I wish there were 10 companies producing them. Maybe that, and the end of ridiculous lawsuits like this one, would bring the price down.
