US Door adds new larger sized relocatable building

By General Aviation News Staff · January 20, 2006 ·

The Rite-Away Building System by US Door & Building Components now comes in an expanded selection of sizes. The newest size, 10 foot x 30 foot, joins the original sizes, including 10×10, 8×20, 10×20, and 13×20.

The relocatable storage buildings provide additional storage units for new or existing sites requiring additional units, or sites with potential customers waiting for construction of a new project to begin. In many cases, these buildings may qualify for multi-year equipment leasing packages allowing for accelerated depreciation schedules.

The buildings are manufactured from the same structural components used in self-storage metal buildings. All components are galvanized, providing years of maintenance-free use. The base is manufactured from structural galvanized floor deck topped with continuous sheets of 16 gauge diamond plate aluminum. Floors meet 125 psf floor loads, while roofs meet 50 psf snow loads, and wind-load ratings are up to 140 mph with optional tie-downs.
