Aerox Oxysaver cannulas extend oxygen usage

By General Aviation News Staff · June 23, 2006 ·

Aerox’s Oxysaver cannulas conserve oxygen and provide pilots and passengers with extended usage of portable oxygen during high-altitude flights, according to company officials.

Oxysaver cannulas, when used in conjunction with an Aerox oxygen system, conserve 75% of the oxygen previously wasted with standard cannulas. The flow of each outlet is individually controlled with a needle valve. The system design has push/pull quick connects allowing for fast, one-handed operation. Also, the system can easily strap to the back of the seat and out of the way.

Included with the one to six person systems are a filled cylinder, regulator with quick connects, needle-valve control flow meters and Oxysaver Cannulas. This system costs between $400 and $985.
