LSA Model Code of Conduct released

LSA Model Code of Conduct released

The Light Sport Aviators’ Model Code of Conduct was introduced at AirVenture.

The code seeks to advance flight safety by presenting a vision of excellence in the light sport community, said Michael Baum of SecureAv, who helped draft the code.The code makes recommendations on everything from the general responsibilities of aviators to security and the use of technology.

“The code addresses the areas essential to developing the thought patterns and concerns of a safe and competent pilot,” said Ram Pattisapu, president of Indus Aviation.
