The right stuff…to clean your composite airplane

By General Aviation News Staff · August 4, 2006 ·

Glastonbury, Conn.-based Composiclean, LLC, a company recently formed to provide “all the right stuff” to properly clean and detail composite, aluminum and fabric covered aircraft, has a full line of professional quality aircraft friendly products.

The Composiclean line includes wash detergent concentrates and spray wax to MicroFiber detail cloths and all the conditioners and accessories in between. Flagship products are neutral pH wash concentrates with real Carnauba wax and UV protection (called “Bucket-Wash”), an easy to use neutral pH spray cleaner/wax (“Super Spray-Wax”) that can be applied quickly and easily with a power sprayer, as well as a foaming aerosol windscreen cleaner (“View Polish”) that is also a bug remover for windows and leading edges.

Though these products were extensively tested on composite aircraft, they also were tested and found to be safe and effective on all other aircraft surfaces — inside and out, company officials say.

Composiclean also provides many accessories that make washing and detailing your airplane less of a chore.
