The July 25 crash of the Spectrum 33 twin-engine jet prototype at Spanish Fork Airport, Utah, during a routine test flight claimed the lives of Glenn Maben, director of flight operations, and Nathan Forrest, vice director. According to preliminary NTSB reports, the aircraft’s ailerons were misrigged.
