CubCrafters reached a milestone last month with first customer deliveries of its Sport Cub. Production of the LSA at the company’s facility at Yakima Air Terminal/McAllister Field Airport (YKM) in Yakima, Wash., is expected to accelerate to one per week over the next four to six weeks and on to two per week near the end of the year. Order slots for the Sport Cub are filled through September 2007, according to Todd Simmons, vice president.
