Sennheiser debuts new headset

By General Aviation News Staff · November 3, 2006 ·

Sennheiser has just unveiled a new lightweight, lower-cost headset.

The HME 43-K, which costs $235, weighs just 3.35 ounces. Padding in the extra large ear pads and the adjustable headband make for a safe and comfortable fit, company officials say. The noise-compensated condenser microphone can be worn on the left or on the right and has a 300° radius. In addition, pilots can adjust the microphone sensitivity according to their needs.

The HME 43-K is supplied with a windshield for the microphone, a cable clip and a pouch for storage and transport. Every HME 43-K comes with a two-year guarantee.
