Sennheiser unveils new line of boomsets

By General Aviation News Staff · December 1, 2006 ·

Sennheiser recently unveiled its latest headset for professional pilots, the HME(C) 46 Series.

The 46 Series includes both passive models and ANC models with Sennheiser’s proprietary NoiseGard system. Features include separate in-cable volume controls for each ear. The lightweight headsets are ergonomically designed with a two-piece headband to ensure a secure fit, comfortable ear pads and a flip-away headphone system enabling easy and clear communication in the cockpit.

The 46 Series also features an easily exchangeable single-sided cable, enabling the same headset to be used in aircraft requiring different connector types.
