Do you live with your plane? We’d like to feature you next year

By General Aviation News Staff · November 23, 2007 ·

General Aviation News is kicking off a new feature in 2008, with a story in every issue about Living With Your Plane.

We’ll tap the expertise of our former publisher, Dave Sclair, a well-known expert on airpark living and a co-founder of Living With Your Plane. This on-line publication is a vast resource, including a directory of airparks around the country, and services for airpark residents, ranging from floor plans to dealing with neighborhood associations.

We also want to include you in our coverage. We’re looking for homes and airparks to feature throughout the year, as well as products and services that people who live with their planes need, such as hangars, landscaping, insurance and more.

Your house doesn’t have to be extravagant to be featured. In fact, we want to showcase the many different ways homeowners live with their planes, from grass strips to massive airparks.

Email us a few photographs and tell us about yourself, your home, hangar or airpark. Please provide contact information, including a telephone number. If your submittal catches the eyes of our staff, we’ll be in touch with you for an interview!

Email your photos and information to Robyn Sclair, Editor in Chief, at [email protected].

While you’re at it, please let us know what kind of issues you’d like us to cover in depth, as well as what products and services you want to learn more about in the Living With Your Plane category.
