EA-100 latest LSAto receive approval

Eagle Aircraft Co.’s EA-100 Light Sport Aircraft received its Special LSA approval Nov. 26.

It is the 62nd LSA to receive SLSA approval.

The EA100, priced at $76,995, is ready to fly, according to officials at the company, which is based at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh. The high-wing, all metal airplane is powered by a Rotax 912 ULS engine. It is available with a yoke or dual stick controls.

Parent company Eagle Aviation is now offering Sport Pilot flight training, as well as rentals of the EA-100.
