Yankee Pacific Aerospace consolidates

By Janice Wood · January 7, 2009 ·

Yankee Pacific Aerospace, Inc., an aerospace investment company headquartered in Rye, N.H., has merged two of its holdings. Executive Aircraft Completions, of Tulsa, Okla., and Cabin Innovations, LLC, of Lewisville, Texas, will be merged into a single division, which will be called Cabin Innovations.

The merger is concurrent with the opening of Cabin Innovations’ new 39,630-square-foot facilities in Lewisville, according to company officials.

The new Cabin Innovations will have its design, engineering and certification office in Tulsa and a production and engineering office in Lewisville. Rick Richardson, president of Executive Aircraft
Completions and CEO of Cabin Innovations, LLC, becomes president of the new Cabin Innovations and will continue to be based in Tulsa.

Danny Wintz, president of Cabin Innovations, becomes vice president and general manager of the new Cabin Innovations, and will continue to manage Lewisville operations.

Cabin Innovations specializes in the design, engineering, certification and production of turn-key galleys and cabinetry, mechanical components and systems for large business jet custom interiors.
