Maintenance management system debuts

Making its debut is WinAir Essentials, an integrated inventory and maintenance management system to help maintenance departments stay in compliance with government regulations, report on maintenance costs, and track and control inventory.

Features include: Inventory tracking and purchasing; aircraft invoicing; component repair tracking; master part definitions which include unlimited notes; unlimited alternate part numbers for each master part; repair orders by vendor, PN, SN, Repair Order Number, etc.; work orders and job cards; invoicing for work orders; and detailed cost reporting by aircraft or job.

It also includes maintenance tracking and forecasting for up to 10 aircraft; schedule templates to define maintenance requirements, including inspections, components, Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins; automatic generation of work order tasks, and
future maintenance forecast and aircraft compliance reports.
