PlaneSense expands in Bahamas

By Janice Wood · January 30, 2009 ·

PlaneSense, Alpha Flying, Inc.’s fractional aircraft ownership program, has added seven new airports to its primary operating area in the Bahamas.

This makes 19 Bahamian airports accessible to PlaneSense share owners without the need for re-positioning fees.

New airports included in the expansion are: Chub Cay (Berry Islands), Congo Town (Andros), Great Harbor Cay (Berry Islands), New Bright (Cat Island), Cockburn Town (San Salvador), Spanish Cay (Abaco) and Stella Maris (Long Island).

PlaneSense’s primary operating area also has been expanded westward to include parts of Louisiana, Arkansas, Texas and Oklahoma.

PlaneSense operates with a fleet of Pilatus PC-12 turboprops.
