Field Aviation subsidiary sold

Field Aviation Co. has sold its subsidiary, Navair Inc., to its current general manager, Mike Espeut, and his business partner, John Raposo.

Navair started as the avionics division of Field Aviation East in Toronto. It later became a separate subsidiary, supplying test and measurement products and services to the communications industry.

Field Aviation, which celebrated 60 years in business in 2007, is a provider of aircraft modifications, aircraft sales, parts manufacturing, aircraft interior conversions and related services to the general aviation, commercial aviation, military and government aviation communities internationally.
