The 2009 Aircraft Expo Series is a chance for serious aircraft shoppers to compare all the leading models at an airport close to their home.
A group of leading general aviation aircraft manufacturers and dealers said on Feb. 17 that they are launching a series of events to provide aircraft buyers the chance to see and compare major aircraft models on one day in one location.
Among the manufacturers scheduled to participate are Cessna, Daher-Socata, Diamond, Hawker Beechcraft, Husky, Liberty, Mooney, Piper and Remos, with others to be announced.
The Aircraft Expos will be held in Florida, Texas and throughout the Southeast, the group said. The Florida Aircraft Expo begins February 26 at St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport (PIE). The Southeastern Aircraft Expo begins March 3 in Atlanta and the Texas Aircraft Expo on March 12 in Houston.
