Brady debuts repair kits

By Janice Wood · March 18, 2009 ·

Brady Corp. has introduced its Wire & Cable Marking Repair Kits, specifically designed to assist mechanics and crews at aviation maintenance centers to easily apply identification markings on newly repaired wires and cables.

Having all of the needed materials – a variety of printers, software, ribbons, sleeving, and label materials in one complete package – helps to increase efficiencies in aircraft maintenance, company officials say.

Brady’s identification products, including PermaSleeve Heat Shrink Wire Marking Sleeves, Nomex Cable Tags used for wire and cable bundles, and polyester labels, for general component and connection markings, have been lab- and field-tested and proven to meet the standards of the aerospace industry.
