A new company, Aero Interiors Inc., has opened at Billings International Airport in Montana.
Bob Lang, president of Leo’s Upholstery, has begun doing experimental aviation interiors, bringing 17 years of experience in the auto, boat, home, commercial and custom furniture business. He also has completed interiors in certificated aircraft.
The new company is focusing on the experimental aircraft, offering services to builders of new planes who haven’t installed their interiors yet, as well as older aircraft that need a retrofit.
Lang is offering a special discount to his first customers. “We understand that our 17 years in the auto, home and commercial industries has similarities but that each aircraft will have its own custom requirements,” he said. “We will work closely with each customer to learn these differences and will offer each of these first customers a special package discount.”
