NBAA president and CEO Ed Bolen has welcomed the recent – some would say long-overdue – formation of the Congressional General Aviation Caucus, co-chaired by Representative Vernon J. Ehlers (R-3-MI) and Representative Allen Boyd (D-2-FL).
“NBAA thanks Representatives Ehlers and Boyd for spearheading the caucus, and promoting the value of all general aviation, including business aviation,” Bolen said. “The formation of the caucus demonstrates recognition in Congress that general aviation plays a critical role in serving citizens and communities in every state. The caucus forms as NBAA and the General Aviation Manufacturers Association continue advocating for the business aviation community through No Plane No Gain.
