Classic Fighters of America sets formation clinic

The Spring Classic Fighters of America Formation Clinic has been scheduled for June 13 at the Ramona, California, airport (KRNM). Those invited are owners of T-6s, T-28s, Yaks and fighters of all kinds. This is a formation clinic, intended to provide proficiency, practice and upgrade, according to CFA’s Julie Clevenger. Check pilots will be available from NATA and TRARON. Participants must be current members of whichever signatory whose FAST card is being requested.

Clinic Schedule:
June 12th (Friday): Early arrivals and practice flying.
June 13th (Saturday): Arrivals, registration, ground school, practice flying, Luncheon, flying, check rides.

Fuel: Chuck Hall Aviation will be providing the fuel at a competitive Warbird discounted rate.

Hotel: Ramona Valley Inn (800-648-4618), in downtown Ramona a few minutes from the airport.

Shuttle: A complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and the airport will be available.

Rental Cars: Enterprise Ramona (760-789-2062) will have rental cars available.
