Nothing highlights the tensions like the flap over general aviation, the magazine stated in its May 25 issue. International screening points in Ireland, Bermuda and Aruba were to be operated in cooperation with Canada, but Ottawa has pulled out of the plan, raising the possibility that general aviation flights across the Canadian border could become subjected to additional security hassles.
