Century CRM develops human factors program

By Janice Wood · June 2, 2009 ·

Century CRM has developed its first human factors program for Training Port, a Canadian-based company providing on-line training for professional pilots in Canada.

The first program in the series explores conflict resolution in the cockpit. The short on-line interactive series provides an introduction to the more advanced aspects of human factors training offered by Century CRM. The first course was made available to Training Port clients on May 1, with future courses planned for release later in the year.

Located in Peachtree City, Ga., Century CRM specializes in aircrew training in the field of human factors and crew resource management (CRM). Century CRM’s training programs, developed by pilots, are targeted towards charter and corporate flight crews as well as single pilots.
