The Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC) of Minneapolis-St. Paul has developed a series of online videos highlighting key features of the six area airports that comprise its reliever airport system.
Strategically positioned across the metro region, the reliever airports serve general aviation needs, relieving congestion that could otherwise increase flight delays at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. MAC’s reliever system is one of the largest in the nation with more than 400,000 takeoffs and landings annually, and a local economic impact of $255 million.
The series of short, fast-paced videos was created to showcase the variety of distinctive airports in the MAC reliever system, and also to broadcast what each of the six general aviation facilities have in common: convenience, outstanding customer service, and an exciting atmosphere for aviation enthusiasts and business operators, according to airport officials.
