When Heritage Aviation took over the FBO at the Penn Valley Airport in Selinsgrove, Pa., the airport was more than $650,000 in debt and on the verge of closing. In just six months, the new FBO has turned things around the airport, according to a report by Ian J. Twombly at AOPA.org.
