’40 Years of Soaring Success’

By Janice Wood · July 6, 2009 ·

The Airport Area Business Association (AABA) in Oakland, Calif., will celebrate its 40th anniversary with a wine and food tasting Sept. 10th at the Oakland Aviation Museum.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit Oakland Aviation High School at North Field.

Established 40 years ago in the interest of developing the areas surrounding the Oakland International Airport and the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, AABA is composed of member firms working to improve the economic and environmental conditions of this area to benefit of Oakland businesses and residents.
