Airpark slates fly-in

By Janice Wood · July 15, 2009 ·

SilverWing at Sandpoint, an airpark in Idaho, has slated the Sandpoint Fly-In July 18, giving attendees the chance to tour is the site, as well learn more about the hangar/home sites available. Located at the Sandpoint Airport (SZT), the fly-in also will include aviation events, aircraft displays, food, fun and entertainment.

Created by aviators, the SilverWing at Sandpoint community covers 18-plus acres with direct access to the public Sandpoint Airport. The development includes 44 lots and more than 10,000 square feet of common area featuring a recreation center, pool, spa and exercise room. Each of the lots will accommodate a hangar on the ground floor and an unfinished loft space above, ready for specific owner build out. This project allows users the choice to utilize one of seven custom home designs or build their own hangar home, consistent with the vision of the project. All lots are on fee simple land.
