STC awarded for AvTek’s Pulsar landing lights

By Janice Wood · July 16, 2009 ·

AvTek has received STC approval for its Pulsar “Pulsing-Landing Lights.”

The new lights use Power-M-O-S-F-E-T’s (Metal-Oxide-Semi-Field-Effect-Transistors), which have nearly zero resistance in-series with your landing lights, so each pulse to your light will be bright, according to company officials.

The Pulsar can be owner installed in 30 to 45 minutes, as no wires are cut or altered.

Prices begin at $295; $195 for current Pulsar customers to upgrade.
