Teledyne Continental Motors (TCM) has kicked off a limited time special offer on engines purchased during the week of the 2009 AOPA Aviation Summit in Tampa, Florida. The summit begins Nov. 5 and closes Nov. 7.
While the order period is brief, anyone in the market for a factory-new or factory-rebuilt TCM engine can take advantage of the special offer regardless of his or her attendance at the summit, TCM officials said.
“We hope that this incentive will encourage TCM operators to purchase their replacement engine now before the tax benefits of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act expire in December,” said Rhett Ross, president.
TCM is offering discounts ranging from $2,000 to $2,500 on orders received between now and Sunday, Nov. 8, for factory-new and factory-rebuilt aftermarket engines. Go to GenuineContinental.aero for a list of engines and discounts.
