Lawsuits filed against Eclipse execs

By Janice Wood · November 16, 2009 ·

Former deposit-holders for Eclipse 500 jets recently filed four lawsuits in New Mexico district courts alleging various wrongdoings by Eclipse Aviation executives before the company filed for bankruptcy a year ago, according to a report at AINOnline. Named in the suits are former Eclipse Aviation leaders, including Vern Raburn, Roel Pieper, Peg Billson, Michael McConnell and Mark Borseth, as well as sales and support personnel.

The story quotes Raburn as saying:

“This is going to take years and years, and in the end the only people who will make money are the lawyers.”
