Lancair broadens sales staff

Lancair International has reorganized and broadened its sales staff, assigning geographical territories to three sales representatives.

Doug Walker, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, joins the company to handle Lancair sales for all U.S. states east of the Mississippi River, plus Minnesota, Iowa and Eastern Canada. Walker was an independent dealer for Lancair Certified, Columbia Aircraft, and subsequently a Corvallis product specialist with Cessna Aircraft.

Neal Longwill, formerly based in Redmond, Oregon, with the factory, has returned to Texas and formed Austin Composites to represent the Lancair Evolution and Legacy aircraft in the states of Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas and Louisiana.

Chelsea Welch remains at the factory in Redmond, working regional sales and is responsible for the states of California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Utah, Alaska and Western Canada. Formerly she was a factory demo pilot for Cirrus.

Lancair International Inc, founded in 1984, has delivered more than 2,000 kits.
