March will be a historic month in the development of a new general aviation airport for the city of Cleveland, Tennessee.
According to a story in the Cleveland Daily Banner, construction on the runway could begin next month. Wright Brothers Construction, of Charleston, has approval from the Aeronautics Division of the Tennessee Department of Transportation to start work, but has been waiting for the weather to clear.
