All eight of Cessna’s domestic Citation Service Centers have earned the Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) Employer Diamond Award of Excellence from the FAA. This is the sixth consecutive year Cessna has received the award for all its U.S.-based service centers, company officials note.
In 2009 the FAA increased the requirements to receive the Award of Excellence. To achieve Diamond Award status, 100% of each facility’s certified maintenance technicians must receive an individual AMT Certificate of Training.
