Business Jet Center (BJC) has added more than 15,000 square feet of hangar space to its Oakland International Airport (OAK) FBO. With the addition, BJC now manages more than 100,000 square feet of business and general aviation hangar space, making it one of the largest FBOs in the San Francisco Bay Area, according to company officials.
“Demand for hangar space at our facility has increased steadily over the past 18 months,” said David Mills, manager of BJC at OAK.
Business Jet Center OAK opened for business in the fall of 2003 and completed a $4 million renovation of the airport’s 8,449-square-foot original 1920’s executive terminal building.
